Ravioli with pumpkin, sweet chestnuts and matured Beemster cheese, served with a beetroot and star aniseed sauce

Beetroot and mint crème with steamed and smoked mackerel and a wonton with mascarpone, chèvre, ginger and lemongrass


Lamb ravioli with a crème of parsnip, kale and smoked potato


Crunchy French toast with cardamom and a puree of cauliflower, garam masala and parmesan cheese, served with a poached egg

Fried hake fillet with dupuy lentils, parsnip and kohlrabi served with a crème of white beans, sour cream and lime


Guinea fowl fillet with its own gravy, served with a patty filled with mushrooms, sweet chestnut and black salsify


Tarte tatin of mushrooms and sliced Jerusalem artichoke with a tempura of kale


Fried wild salmon, marinated Japanese style, served with rolled up sticky rice filled with pumpkin, shiso and horseradish


Sliced sirloin, served with a warm cake of gorgonzola and matured Beemster cheese and a wild spinach salad


Mashed sweet potato and sauerkraut with home smoked mozzarella surrounded by aubergine, fried with soya sauce and miso, and by roasted sesame seed

Our ice cream is made by Professor Grunschnabel, who makes pure, dairy free, ice cream only from natural ingredients without
adding artificial aroma, colour, flavouring or preservatives.
It is delicious ice cream with a unique pure taste
